About Fatima Karriem

My passion for coaching is rooted in three decades of leadership experience in world-class healthcare systems, higher education, oil and gas, and banking across the USA, UAE, and Africa. In 2009, expatriation brought me to Abu Dhabi to help design, build and develop the curriculum for a $3 billion Cleveland Clinic entity with caregivers representing 80 nationalities and 35 languages. This experience shaped me as an unconventional, globally competent coach with an appreciation for innovative growth solutions for global, high-performing professionals.
